When it says "one thing leads to" .. I bought these mushrooms but I did not know what to do then I started to clean them ... then I took the potatoes ... I added the peas at the end ... and here is what came out ... a pie !!!!!
Ingredients
-2 trays mushrooms
-2 large potatoes
-100 g of peas
-1 mozzarella
-100 g of ham
-100 g of grated pecorino romano
-pate olive
-2 anchovy fillets in oil
-1 clove of garlic
-1 red pepper, parsley
-1 cup dry white wine
extra-virgin olive
-bread crumbs (see recipe)
-salt & pepper
Preparation
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Do the same for the potatoes. Apart from jumping in a frying pan with the stems of the mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, chilli and anchovy fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and a tablespoon of olive paste, blend lightly with white wine. After 5 minutes add the peas and let cook for another 10 minutes. After this time place it in a bowl where you will add the bread crumbs tasty, mozzarella, cut into cubes and ham in a baking dish striscioline.Prendete. Arrange potatoes in layers first, then the filling, sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms, stuffing, sprinkled with pecorino and thus ending all the ingredients. Finally cover with bread crumbs, pecorino cheese, flakes of butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Wet the whole with white wine and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
