Beige And Black Bathtroom

Ingredients

for the custard:
-5 yolks

-80 g of sugar 1 / 2 l milk

-60 g of flour -1 / 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

for the sponge cake:
-3 eggs

Preparation
With a rolling pin roll out the puff pastry into a disk about 26 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet, bucherellatele and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 min about, until they are lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Prepare the syrup. Pour 1 dl of water in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon zest and orange. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, boil the syrup for 2 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool. Add the rum is hot.
Dial dolce.v Take a steel ring of 26 cm and put in the disk of puff pastry. Spread a layer of cream. Put on top of the sponge, brush with the syrup.
